Octoco Consulting, the group's engineering company, marks a leadership milestone as James de Villiers takes over as Chief Executive.
James de Villiers has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Octoco, the group’s engineering and advisory company, with effect from 1 March 2026.
The appointment follows a year in which Octoco formalised a cross-functional product team, launched Octoco AI and took part in the acquisition of TaxTim. Octoco Consulting remains the group’s largest operating company and the engineering partner to every business in the portfolio.
