Octoco AI has launched as the group’s dedicated AI company. Its brief is short: cut through AI noise and build what matters.
The studio works in two ways. For established organisations it runs the path from AI training and direction-setting through to systems in production, staffed by people who have founded, funded and scaled AI ventures themselves. For founders and businesses with a venture idea, it co-builds AI-native companies from concept to scale.
For the group, Octoco AI completes the arc of the services wing: Octoco Consulting for hardware, embedded and software engineering, Polymorph for product design and custom software, and now Octoco AI for the layer that increasingly decides which products win. Every portfolio company draws on all three.
